• Veterans & active-duty military
• Police & law enforcement
• Firefighters
• Doctors, nurses, EMTs & medical professionals
• Teachers and school staff — including paraprofessionals, custodians, office/admin, food service, maintenance, and bus drivers

If you work at a school and can verify it, you qualify.

Important compliance note

State insurance regulations prohibit contractors from offering discounts, rebates, or financial incentives that reduce or offset insurance deductibles or insurance claim proceeds.

For that reason, the Heroes Discount:

• cannot be applied to insurance-funded claim work
• cannot be used to reduce or “waive” a deductible

The discount may be applied to:

• upgrades
• elective work
• add-ons outside the claim
• any portion paid out-of-pocket by the customer

The discount is:

• non-transferable
• requires active status (or veteran status) at contract signing
• may require simple verification

not stackable with other promotions unless explicitly stated in writing
