We start with a detailed consultation to understand your project goals. A site inspection follows, where we assess the scope of the work and identify any damages or needs.

Insurance estimates are often missing:

  • code-required items
  • correct waste factors
  • accurate labor
  • necessary materials

Our in-house supplement specialist helps:

  • identify missing scope items
  • provide construction documentation
  • submit supplemental information through your carrier’s process

We do not act as public adjusters or provide legal advice. Our role is to supply accurate construction information, invoices, and documentation for your claim process.

If insurance partially approved or denied coverage:

  • we perform partial repairs
  • we also provide documentation for reconsideration where appropriate

You are never pressured into “full replacements only.” We help you find the right solution.

Based on your goals and the site inspection, we create a tailored project plan. This includes timelines, costs, materials, and flexible payment or financing options.
Once you approve the project plan, we provide a transparent proposal and sign a contract to ensure everything is clear from the start. We offer warranties for all our services to put your mind at ease.
Our skilled team gets to work while a dedicated project manager oversees every detail. We keep you informed throughout, keeping the project on schedule and within budget.
If any changes are needed during the project, we remain flexible and transparent. Our team works closely with you to make necessary adjustments without compromising quality.
When the project is complete, we conduct a thorough final inspection. We walk through the project with you to make sure everything is just right.
